  • Wash it off with cold water

Using it for Even skin tone 

  • Raw milk (enough for daily use)
  • lemon juice (4-5 drops)
  • Rosewater ( optional )
  • Mix and apply the mixture on your face and neck
  • Leave it on for 15 minutes 
  • Rinse it off with lukewarm water

Milk as a moisture 

  • Raw milk 
  • 2/3 tbsp gram flour 
  • Add the gram flour to the milk 
  • Add 3-4 drops of rosewater and honey 
  • Mix them with a blender and make a fine paste 
  • Apply the paste on your face and neck 
  • Leave it on for 10 minutes 
  • Rinse it off with lukewarm water

Milk for acne 

  • First, take the raw milk 
  • Add 2/3 fuller’s earth 
  • Add rosewater ( treats dry skin )
  • Apply it on the acne area by using a cotton ball

Using it for dry skin 

  • 2 tbsp raw milk 
  • 1 tbsp of honey 
  • Make sure the mixture is smooth 
  • Apply the paste on your face 
  • Leave it on for 15-20 minutes 
  • Wash it off with cold water

Does it have any side effects?

To be honest, there’s not enough data about milk side effects on the skin, but there is some precaution you could do.

What you should avoid is applying milk on sensitive skin because it contains high PH levels, for that reason use milk only in small amounts and as a face cleanser to avoid having any rashes or skin redness.
