DIY toner 

  • 1/4 cup rose water
  • 1/4 witch hazel 

Mix them, and store in a jar or if you have a spray bottle is much better.

DIY face Mist 

  • A bottle 
  • 2/3 of the bottle should be filled with witch hazel 
  • 5 drops essential rose oil 
  • Salt ( just a pinch) 
  • Fill what’s left from the bottle with rose water 

Mix them by shaking the bottle and store it in a cold place.

DIY face mask for glowing skin

  • 3 tbsp of rose water 
  • 2 tbsp of honey 

As usual, gently mix them to make a fine paste.

Note: Use this face pack once or twice in a week

DIY mask for acne 

  • 1 tsp lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp rose water 

You could mix rose water with Multani mitti it works also on acne.

Note: Use this face pack once or twice in a week

DIY mask to remove tanning

  • 2 tbsp gram flour 
  • Rosewater ( enough to make a paste) 
  • Add 1 tbsp lemon juice 
    Note: Use this face pack once or twice in a week

What precaution we should follow when using rosewater for skin? 

Usually, it considers safe for skin regime however, it’s never harmful to follow some basic precautions such as patch tests and proper storage.

It’s recommended to take a patch test to see whether your skin reacts to the product or no if no then you’re in the safe zone and ready for regular application.

It’s also recommended to store rosewater in a jar or glass and put in in cold place such as the fridge. 

Is there any side effect? 

Even that it’s safe there’s a small chance of getting side effects from using rose water on your skin. Such as burning, reddens, stinging, and irritation.

Moreover, it also could cause eye itchiness and redness so it’s recommended to avoid using it on the eye.
